CGI of Beach Box Park
Toft Steps Beach Box Park
Completed July 2023, all facilities operating
The Project
The Beach Box Park in Boscombe is a £140,000 development funded Towns Fund, a government scheme created for towns to improve their economy. BCP Council secured almost £22million as part of the ‘Town Deal’ to turbo charge ambitious regeneration plans for Boscombe.
The existing derelict cabins, including a toilet block, on the development site were demolished in March. They have been replaced with 3 x 40ft converted shipping containers, which were fabricated for us off-site by New Forest Containers of Lymington. The development includes a new toilet block and improvements to the public realm.
Seafront units for local startups!
Our aim for this project is to establish a low-cost pathway for budding entrepreneurs, creating jobs and economic growth within leisure & tourism in Boscombe.
Each container is available on a one-year lease for a start-up business in the BCP area.
The old cabins & toilet block were demolished in March, and the shipping containers delivered to site in April
Cladding applied and interior touch-ups completed on site by New Forest Containers
